Bake at home croissant

Supplied as a frozen product complete with instructions for baking at home to replicate the delicious fresh flaky croissants we are best known for.

BAKING INSTRUCTUIONS

Defrost for min 2 hours or overnight in the fridge. Pastry should be fully defrosted before baking.

Defrost on the pan you will be using for baking and allow space for pastry to expand 

Preheat oven to 180-200 fan forced. Once fully preheated place in the oven and bake until cooked approx 18mins

Allow time to cook.
