Availability of fruit, as always, will depend on Mother Nature. Our delicious Pastry cases filled with a Frangipan base topped with a vanilla creme Patisserie and then loaded with Berries.
Depnding on the season the fruit range may include;
Blueberry, blackberry, loganberry, youngberry, tayberry, strawberry,mulberry, raspberry, black, red and white currants.
If the variety of berries is low the tart will predominantly be strawberry.
Orders are filled on a first in basis so if this is your traditional dessert preference be at the head of the queue when orders open.
